Relnov provides custom software development, digital design, cloud infrastructure, AI integration, and digital marketing services. The specific scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees for any project will be outlined in a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or Master Services Agreement (MSA) signed by both parties.

2. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise specified in a signed agreement, all intellectual property rights in the software, designs, and materials created by Relnov during a project will be transferred to the client upon full payment of all outstanding fees. Relnov retains the right to use the work for portfolio and promotional purposes unless a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) explicitly prohibits it.

3. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide timely feedback, approvals, and necessary resources (such as access to servers, APIs, or brand assets) required for us to perform our services. Delays in client responsibilities may result in adjusted project timelines.

4. Payment Terms

Payment schedules are determined on a per-project basis and outlined in the project proposal or SOW. We typically require an upfront deposit before commencing work. Invoices are payable within the timeframe specified on the invoice. Late payments may incur additional fees or result in a pause of services.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Relnov shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use our services.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our services after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
