Project overview

Inside the Cacao Atelier — Craft Chocolate Storefront experience

Cacao Atelier is a responsive, frontend-only craft chocolate storefront created for the FD-L02 Craft Chocolate — Light Mode concept. It gives prospective customers an editorial way to discover single-origin bars, browse giftable products, understand cacao provenance, save recipe inspiration, and complete a demonstrative cart-to-checkout journey.

The site is designed for a bean-to-bar chocolate maker whose point of difference is place, process, and deliberate wrapping, rather than generic luxury ecommerce. It is aimed at thoughtful chocolate buyers, food-led gift shoppers, and visitors who want enough provenance context to make a confident purchase.

Portfolio note: This project intentionally uses static catalogue content and a local browser cart. Checkout is demonstrative only: it never asks for, sends, or stores payment details.
