Project overview
Lakeshore Atlas is a premium fictional Chicago commercial property agency website. It translates office, industrial, retail, and capital-markets discovery into a data-led, editorial experience designed for decision-makers who need to understand an asset in its local market context before starting a conversation.
The project is a frontend-only demonstration. Its business, people, properties, pricing, metrics, and journal content are fictional and are intended to demonstrate a commercially credible agency experience rather than provide market advice or live availability.
The site’s main conversion path is discover → assess → register interest / book a viewing → confirmation. A fixed top header maintains access to property discovery, neighborhood intelligence, people, journal content, and the registration route throughout the experience. Normal forward navigation resets the new route to scrollY = 0; browser back/forward behavior is left to the browser.
