Project overview
Northline Recovery is a fictional, client-ready restoration-service demonstration for water, fire, mold, and storm damage recovery. It is designed as an Ivory Incident Ledger: a warm editorial interface that gives visitors a calm, practical way to identify an affected building system, preserve useful information, and begin a structured emergency brief.
The interface rejects the generic emergency-service pattern of alarm-red urgency and repeated cards. It uses an ivory, linen, brass, and charcoal material system; Instrument Serif for decisive recovery moments; Manrope for utility copy; and recurring Northline beacon geometry to make the experience feel like a documented recovery record.
The homepage begins with a directly manipulable before/after comparison, followed by a building command map. The site map changes its recovery explanation and route CTA based on the system the visitor selects. Secondary pages use field-record codes, numbered cues, operational rails, service-area lookup states, and fact-first detail hierarchies so the experience remains cohesive beyond the home route.
