The Challenge
Providing ultra-fast 4K video streaming across varying global network conditions while maintaining an organized, dense media library. The previous implementation suffered from severe buffering issues and a clunky backend that made updating live events a slow, manual process.
The Solution
We built a proprietary media player integrated directly with AWS CloudFront for optimized edge delivery. We utilized Supabase for real-time video catalog management and implemented Firebase for targeted push notifications. The administrative dashboard was built to automate event scheduling, cutting management time in half.
