Project overview
Northline Recovery is a premium, editorial restoration website for water, fire, mold and storm recovery. The experience is designed around Quiet Containment: a Soft Cobalt visual system that frames the first recovery conversation as a clear field record rather than an emergency-services template.
Product boundary: The emergency request and enquiry forms are intentionally browser-local until a real CRM, email provider or intake service is connected. A completed form is not sent to an external response team from this version of the site.
The visual system uses a paper-like FBFCFF foundation, pale cobalt surfaces, thin evidence rules, and 315FCC only for decisions, active states, structural marks and calls to action. DM Serif Display provides editorial gravity for key messages, while Manrope carries practical labels, controls and longer reading.
